Baby Fashions: Suspended

Although my motherhood mantra is the battle cry of JEANS! T-SHIRTS! FLIP-FLOPS!, my absolute favorite clothes for Evelyn are the vintage (or vintage-inspired) clothes she has in her closet. As a fun new feature here on the blog, I'm going to be sharing a few of these fun outfits from time to time mostly because I simply can't help myself. It's the joy of frills, pink, and headbands. And the pure ecstasy of having a child that allows me to play dress-up!

For the first installment of baby fashions, I wanted to share one of Evie's outfits that is a mix of vintage and modern. The suspenders- my favorite part of her outfit- are a vintage find that were originally worn with a jean skirt that's just a bit too big for her yet. So in the meantime, we paired them with a set of bright red pants and a flower-print shirt, proving that suspenders aren't just for boys!

On Evelyn: Target headband, Oskosh onesie, vintage suspenders (similar to these), Carters pants, hand-me-down socks.
