Baby Fashions: Beating the Heat

It's true that Minnesota, the land of the frozen tundra and perpetual long underwear, isn't known for it's heat. But when we aren't shivering in the middle of a snowdrift, we're usually sweating it out for those two seconds of summer in late August. But this year [insert variation of rain dance here], summer has come early and we've been rocking the ninety-degree temperatures, hail storms, and tornado warnings. Good stuff.

Because we aren't big fans of keeping our air conditioner on from March through October (unlike our neighbors, cough cough), we try to dress with the weather, and that includes keeping the baby in cool, breathable clothing. For Evelyn, that usually means a romper or a dress... complimented by some pretty stellar footwear.
