The Cloth Saga: CuteyBaby Part 2

Throughout the time I've spent writing this blog, I have worked with many different companies, most of which have been wonderful. But never before have I had the privilege of working with a company so dedicated to their customers as CuteyBaby. Quite frankly, I have been so impressed that I can't resist telling y'all what happened after writing the review on their Modern Cloth Diapers.

Quite frequently, if a blogger gives a company a less than stellar review or points out significant issues that were had with the product, the company turns a cold shoulder and that is the end of said business relationship.

When we tested the CuteyBaby diapers for a review, we had issues with leaks. Lots of issues. Issues that caused late-night bedding changes, and y'all know that I like my sleep. So anything that messes with my sleep schedule immediately goes on my TO DIE A HORRIBLE AND PAINFUL DEATH AS SOON AS I WAKE UP list.

But CuteyBaby was different. The CuteyBaby owner, Ada Vaughn, made it clear that she wants to make the very best product for parents and babies, so after hearing our feedback, she DRASTICALLY CHANGED THE FIT OF THEIR DIAPERS.

Yes, you read that correctly. CuteyBaby is so concerned with customer satisfaction that they took the issues under advisement and immediately made adjustments to the fit of the diapers, specifically to how the diapers fit around the baby's legs.

CuteyBaby was gracious enough to send out another diaper and before even putting it on my little boy, I could tell that it was different. The leg holes were noticeably smaller and since that was the main issue we had encountered when previously using the CuteyBaby brand, I was thrilled.

So with the changes made to the Modern Cloth Diapers, it is my pleasure to share our new rating with all of you.

We have been using the CuteyBaby diaper for a few weeks now. We've taken it with us when we've gone out and we use it regularly at home. And the best part is that I know that I can count on that diaper to hold it all in. It's easy to wash, easy to use, and the removable velcro tabs keep our cloth diapering simple.

Disclosure: I was not paid to write a review on the CuteyBaby Modern Cloth Diapers. Although I received the diapers for the purposes of a review, the opinions expressed are my honest view of the products. My thanks to CuteyBaby for providing their products.

  1. Love hearing about other cloth diaper experiences. We are loving our adventure with cloth diapers, but are still trying to figure out things as we go. Question, what do you store your dirty diapers in until you wash them, exactly? We bought a very large wet bag that stores up to 30 at a time, and then it can be washed with the diapers. However, my husband thinks it's obnoxious and would rather find a good pail to keep the diapers in until they need to be washed. Suggestions?

  2. We bought a large wet bag too, but we made it work with our diaper pail. When we used disposables, we had a Diaper Genie Elite and we still use it now- I just wrap the top of the wet bag around an empty Elite cartridge and it works perfectly! :)

  3. I also experienced the same issues with the Modern baby system. Plus, an annoying problem with the velcro making reddened marks on my little girls tum. I contacted Ada and again, I had the same positive experience. I asked if I could exchange the starter kit diapers for her new "that's a wrap" system since the modern dipes were not working for us. She graciously agreed! So nice to work with a company that really wants success for their customers as well!
