Losing the Spare Tire: Results Show Week 5

This week's installment of losing the spare tire is coming much later than usual, but in an effort to hold myself accountable to all of my loyal followers, I thought I would throw this up on the blog quickly before going to bed for the night.

My goals last week were to cut out Diet Pepsi for one entire day and to exercise at least twice. Neither of those happened and I won't bother making excuses as to why. I did, however, continue to try eating more vegetables and I lost half a pound!

The goals for this week are going to be small, since I refuse to exercise when I'm sick. When I start feeling better, I will begin exercising on Monday, Wednesdays, and Fridays. Unlike last week, I will go without Diet Pepsi for one day and I will continue to try to limit my caloric intake in the hopes I will lose those last few nagging pounds from pregnancy and my love of chocolate!
