Losing the Spare Tire: Results Show Week 2

Here we are at the end of week two in the process of losing the baby weight and, per my promise, I'm posting the results to hold myself accountable.

Stepping on the scale wasn't a particularly encouraging experience this week since I didn't lose any weight; that being said, I've noticed that my jeans are beginning to fit better. Apparently, this week wasn't a total loss and I did accomplish the goals I set for myself last week of making better food choices and working out more than once.

This coming week, I'm going to set a goal of making a difference on the scale by working out more than three days and continuing to make better food choices! Week three here we come...
