Recipe Sharing!

I made my mother-in-law's Vegetable Beef Barley Soup for the first time and it turned out quite good! Per request, here is her delicious recipe.

Vegetable Beef Barley Soup

2 lbs. stew meat, cut up into bite-sized pieces and browned
3-4 carrots
3 stalks celery
1 onion
1 can diced tomatoes (not drained)
1 can corn (drained)
4-5 cans Campbell's beef broth
2/3 cup medium barley
Salt, pepper, basil to taste

Combine all ingredients into pot and simmer for an hour. Check carrots for tenderness and barley should be plump and soft.
